Our policy is 60 days after you have received your order . If 60 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be almost unused and in the same condition that you received it. Trying it out to see if it works out for you and your dog is totally fine.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
For exchanges, you will get a free return label to send the harness back to us.
All refunds will be provided in full MINUS THE SHIPPING FEE. We cannot refund the shipping fee UNLESS the order was a mistake on our part.
Returns sent back for a refund are also subject to a $7.95 restocking fee which covers the cost to get the harness back to us.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, depending on your bank.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to do an exchange if something doesn't fit or for any reason. We offer free exchanges, all you need to do is GO HERE to get your exchange started.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
